2 Crowns and Precision Attachment (Claspless) Removable Partial Denture

This pretty woman suffered from periodontal (gum) disease which gradually caused her teeth to drift and ruined her smile. Her gum disease was able to be treated without surgery, but unfortunately, we had to remove 3 hopeless upper front teeth. She was never without front teeth to smile with because we placed a temporary “flipper” at the very same appointment the 3 teeth were removed. Her final restoration included just 2 crowns with precision attachments so that her removable partial denture was able to be stable and retentive without unsightly metal clasps or hooks. She is very happy with the improvement and quite comfortable with her precision attachment (claspless) partial denture.
