LakeView Family Dental is thrilled to welcome Dr. Bruce Hagelthorn to our Creative Dentistry of Livonia location. You’ll have the chance to meet him at your next appointment! Dr. Hagelthorn comes to us with a wealth of knowledge and experience in dentistry.

Ever since high school, Dr. Hagelthorn has been passionate about dentistry—a passion that has only grown stronger over the years. He sees dentistry as a unique way to improve people’s lives, health, and self-esteem. He enjoys building meaningful relationships with his patients and takes special care to ease any dental anxieties they may have, alleviate discomfort, and boost their confidence with smile makeovers.

A native of Dearborn, Michigan, Dr. Hagelthorn is an alumnus of the University of Michigan, where he earned both his undergraduate and dental degrees. He’s committed to staying updated in his field and regularly attends continuing education courses.

Away from the dental chair, Dr. Hagelthorn enjoys family life with his wife, Kathleen, and their two children, William and Emily. William recently graduated from Michigan Tech, and Emily is a senior in mechanical engineering at Lake Superior State. In his free time, Dr. Hagelthorn loves going on family vacations and also engages in dental and medical missionary work in Zambia and Belize.
